How It Works


Phase 1 – Onboarding and Initial Assessment

Intro Call: We start with a quick, no-obligation introductory call to understand your team’s specific challenges and around reducing appointment no-shows and optimizing outbound cold calling.

Tailor Needs Assesment: After our call, I’ll conduct a brief assesment to gather more in-depth information on your team’s pain points, workflows, and current performance metrics.

Customized Strategy Proposal: Within a few days, I’ll provide you with a detailed proposal, outlining a personalized strategy that tackles your specific goals, whether that’s improving appointment show rates or streamlining cold call effectiveness.

Goal: By the end of Phase 1, you’ll have a clear, customized action plan to boost appointment and sales performance.

Phase 2 – Implementation and Training


Kick-Off Session: Once you’ve approved the proposal, we’ll schedule a 60-minute kick-off session. Here, I’ll walk through the step-by-step implementation plan and introduce some of the techniques I’ve personally used as an SDR to reduce no-shows and increase booked appointments.


Training Workshops: We’ll start with focused training sessions, designed around real, actionable techniques. This includes everything from lead prioritization and pre-call preparation to crafting effective openers and managing objections.


System Setup and Workflow Integration: We’ll integrate easy-to-use tracking systems and workflows to ensure your team can seamlessly incorporate these new strategies into their day-to-day routines.

Goal: The purpose of Phase 2 is to equip your team with the tools and training they need to confidently execute these new strategies.

Phase 3 – Performance Optimization and Ongoing Support


Weekly Review Sessions: During our scheduled weekly 30-minute sessions, I’ll check in to analyze call data, review performance, and provide feedback to optimize techniques.


Real-Time Adjustments: Based on team progress and metrics, we’ll make any necessary tweaks to your team’s approach. Whether it’s refining call scripts, adjusting lead prioritization, or enhancing follow-up tactics, each adjustment is aimed at continuous improvement.


Support and Resources: I’m here to ensure your team has ongoing access to support. You’ll receive access to free resources (like recorded training videos or downloadable guides) that your team can reference as they refine their skills.


Goal: Phase 3 is all about ensuring your team consistently sees performance improvement, refining strategies in real-time, and reinforcing the knowledge for long-term success.
